One of the most popular cocktails around, impress your friends and family and make our signature Mojito Tea Cocktail. Our master mixologist has taken a special green tea, and blended it with the most delicate mint flavor. The result is a brew that is refreshing and light on the palate, an excellent accompaniment to the fresh lime and mint leaves used in this drink.

To make the Cocktail Mix:
Pour 32oz. of boiling water over the tea pouch, let steep 4 to 5 minutes, add ¾ cup of sugar and allow to cool.

To make a Mojito Martini:
In an ice filled shaker, add 3 oz. Cocktail Mix, and 1 oz. White Rum. Add crushed mint leaves and lime juice to taste. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wedges or mint leaves.

To make a Mojito:
Crush mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass, add 6 oz. Cocktail Mix, 2 oz. White Rum, and lime juice to taste. Shake with ice and garnish with lime wedges or mint leaves.

To make a Mint Julep:
Substitute 1 oz. Bourbon for 1 oz. White Rum and omit the lime juice.
