Make your very own "Sex In The City" drink with our Cosmopolitan tea-tini mix. Our master mixologist has taken our finest white tea, and melded it with a mix of currants, apples, rosehips, blueberries, and the Superfruit acai berry. Sunflower and hibiscus are then added for the final touch of aroma and color. The result is a tangy, yet refreshing cocktail that will impress even the most discerning "cosmo" drinker.

We dedicate this product to our friend Barbara who lived in New Jersey, and will always be cherished by family and friends.

Recipe:
6 Tbsp. or 1oz Cosmopolitan tea-tini mix
32oz. water
1/2 cup sugar
Steep tea mix in water BELOW boiling water for 3 minutes, remove tea, add sugar, stir, let mixture cool.
To make a Cosmopolitan tea-tini:
In an ice filled shaker, add 3 oz. Cosmopolitan tea-tini mix, 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Triple Sec or Cointreau, and lime juice to taste. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime or orange wedges.

RECIPE VARIATIONS:
To make a Madras:
In a tall glass, add 3 oz. Cosmopolitan tea-tini mix, 3 oz. orange juice, and 2 oz. Vodka. Shake with ice and garnish with lime or orange wedges.
To make an Apple Blossom:
In an old fashioned glass, add 2 oz. Cosmopolitan tea-tini mix and 2 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps. Shake with ice and garnish with apple wedges. Available in 3.5oz of gourmet loose leaf tea, or 15 gourmet pyramid sachets.
