Return Policy
We will replace any defective products, or any products shipped in error. We cannot accept returns
on items shipped correctly or free of defects. We are sure you will be happy with our teas and
accessories, but please contact us with any problems. We do not cover your cost of shipping returned
or exchanged items to us, nor the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you.
